Community Impact

This work doesn’t stop when a session ends.

Because loneliness doesn’t live in a workshop.

It lives in everyday moments - in cafés, on sidewalks, at work, at school - in the quiet space between people.

Why this matters

In Canada, 1 in 8 people are chronically lonely.

Often not because people don’t want connection - but because starting feels harder than it looks.

Small moments of hesitation add up over time.

That’s why creating better conditions for participation matters.

Where this work continues

A portion of this work supports West Coast Speaks Health Society - a nonprofit creating real-world opportunities for conversation through community events, public participation projects, and neighbourhood connection initiatives.
